This version has no online enquiry, file-upload or feedback submission form. Email links open your own email application. If you choose to email us, we receive the contact details, message and attachments you send in our company mailbox hosted by IONOS. We use this information to answer your enquiry, assess proposed work, provide quotations and manage any resulting project.
How information is used
Enquiry and quotation processing may be necessary to take steps at your request before entering a contract. Project correspondence may be necessary to perform a contract. We also use relevant records for legitimate business interests such as managing correspondence, resolving disputes and protecting our business, and to meet applicable legal obligations. We do not use your enquiry as consent for unrelated marketing.
Hosting and communication providers
Cloudflare hosts and delivers this website and provides DNS and security services. Its infrastructure processes technical request information, which can include IP addresses, requested pages and browser information. IONOS provides our business email and domain registration. People authorised by KOSMOS may access relevant company correspondence. These services may use international infrastructure; applicable terms and safeguards depend on the relevant provider and service.
WhatsApp links are optional and open a service provided by Meta/WhatsApp. Clicking external links takes you to the named provider and its privacy terms. You can contact us by email or telephone instead. This version sends no website form submissions to FormSubmit. Earlier submissions made through the former form were processed by that service; contact us about any such submission.
Retention and sharing
We keep enquiry correspondence only while needed to respond, manage proposed work and address related business or legal requirements. Project, accounting and dispute records may require longer retention. You can request a review of information held about you. Relevant information may be shared with professional advisers or project specialists when necessary for your enquiry, project or legal obligations. We do not publish customer feedback without permission.
