KOSMOS / RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION

Kitchens and bathrooms

The quality of a finished room depends on the work behind it. Layout, service positions, substrate preparation and the final junctions should be resolved together.

Plan the work as a whole.

Confirm cabinetry or sanitaryware layouts early, including drainage, ventilation, lighting and access. Product dimensions and installation requirements help avoid difficult adjustments late in the programme.

Care at every interface.

KOSMOS coordinates the preparation and finishing stages within the wider build. The selected photographs show a bathroom, flooring details and joinery; a dedicated finished kitchen photograph is still to be added after review.

Questions before you build.

Can you work with an independently supplied kitchen?

Discuss the supplier's drawings, delivery schedule and installation requirements before the scope is agreed, including which party is responsible for measurements and fitting.

When should fittings be chosen?

Key dimensions and positions should be confirmed before first fix. Final product choices may affect services, substrate preparation and lead times.
