KOSMOS / RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION
Interior finishing
Finishing is a construction stage in its own right. Plastering, decoration, flooring and skirting need sound preparation and a considered sequence.
Plan the work as a whole.
Check substrates, drying requirements, junctions and service positions before the final surfaces are applied. Agree the finish specification and protect completed areas as other work continues.
Care at every interface.
KOSMOS coordinates skimming, painting, floor installation and joinery within the whole project. The selected details show finished stairs, skirting, flooring and storage rather than hiding the work behind broad room descriptions.

Questions before you build.
When should decoration begin?
The substrate and product instructions determine when surfaces are ready. Drying and preparation should be checked rather than rushed to meet an arbitrary date.
Are small details included in the scope?
Specify items such as skirting, trims, sealant junctions and making good in the written scope so the expected finish is clear.
