KOSMOS / RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION
Electrical installation
Plan electrical work around the property layout and the way each room will be used. Lighting, power, controls and future access should be coordinated before walls and ceilings are closed.
Plan the work as a whole.
Define the electrical scope alongside kitchen layouts, heating controls and other services. Inspection, testing and any required certification should be agreed with the appropriately qualified electrical professional.
Care at every interface.
KOSMOS coordinates electrical installation within the wider build programme. The related construction photographs illustrate service routes and access; they are not evidence of a completed electrical certificate.

Questions before you build.
Will electrical work need certification?
Requirements depend on the work. Agree the inspection, testing and certification route with the appointed qualified electrical professional before work begins.
When should socket and lighting positions be agreed?
Ideally before first fix, with furniture, kitchen and bathroom layouts available so that the positions can be coordinated.
